Helyzetjelentés – DigiUp 4.0 projekt

A DigiUp 4.0 (Fiatalok digitális kompetenciáinak fejlesztésével az ipar 4.0 szakemberhiányának csökkentéséért) elnevezésű, ATHU122 azonosító számú, INTERREG V-A Ausztria-Magyarország Programban megvalósításra kerülő projekt során a Vas Megyei Önkormányzati Hivatal (VMÖH), mint projektpartner 2021. szeptember 24-én egy online belső egyeztetés keretében értékelte a 2021.04.01-2021.09.30. közötti szemeszter teljesülését és áttekintette a megvalósított projekt tevékenységeket.

A releváns szakmai mérföldkövek a következő szakmai munkacsomagokat érintették: WPT2 – Digitális képzési koncepció és tananyagfejlesztés /az időközi egyeztetéseken szóba kerültek a kommunikációs munkacsomag (WPC) témakörei / az időközben elindult és ősszel aktuálissá váló szakmai munkacsomagok kérdései (WPT3 és T4/T5) szintén megvitatásra kerültek.

Az elkészült kétnyelvű kutatási összefoglaló jelentés alapján a WPT2 munkacsomag keretében elkészültek a német nyelvű szakmai koncepciók, valamint a rövid pályaorientációs anyagok és részben már azok magyar nyelvű verzióinak tervezetei is:

• robotika,
• 3D nyomtatás és CNC,
• kreatív fémipar,
• elektronika témakörökben.

A projektpartnerek virtuális szakmai fórum keretében 2021. szeptember 16-án megvitatták az elkészült szakmai koncepciókat, módszertani és oktatási anyagokat, valamint a WPC kommunikációs munkacsomag aktuális feladatainak megvalósítását, illetve felkészültek a WPT4 és WPT5 munkacsomagok új feladatainak indítására is.

Ugyancsak virtuális formában került megrendezésre a 2021. szeptember 27-ei Steering Commitee meeting, ahol a résztvevők a harmadik időszakban, munkacsomagonként esedékes teljesítéseket tekintették át és egyeztettek a szemeszter zárási feladatokról, valamint a tervezett költségvetési módosításokról.

A projekt keretében osztrák oldalon 2021. október végén kétoldali Train-the-Trainers képzés kerül megszervezésre, magyar oktatók aktív részvételével.

Status Report – DigiUp 4.0 project

In the DigiUp 4.0 project (Developing the digital competencies of young people to reduce the shortage of professionals in industry 4.0; ATHU122; implemented in the INTERREG V-A AT-HU 2014-2020 Programme) the Self-Government Office of Vas County as a project partner reviewed the implemented project activities reached in the period 01.04.2021- 30.09.2021 in the framework of an internal consultation held on 24 September 2021.

Relevant professional milestones covered the following professional Workpackages: WPT2 – Digital Training Concept and Curriculum Development / The interim meetings also addressed the Communication Work Package (WPC) / Questions of Workpackages launched in the meantime and in the autumn (WPT3 and T4/T5) were also discussed.

Based on the completed bilingual research summary report in WPT2 Workpackage professional concepts in German as well as short career guidance materials and partly drafts of their Hungarian language versions were prepared:

• robotics,
• 3D printing and CNC,
• creative metal industry,
• electronics topics.

On 16 September 2021, the project partners discussed the completed professional concepts, methodological and educational materials, as well as the implementation of the current tasks of the WP Communication Workpackage and prepared for the launch of the new tasks of the WPT4 and WPT5 Workpackages.

The Steering Committee Meeting of 27 September 2021 was also held in virtual form in the project, where the achievements due in each Workpackages in the 3rd period were reviewed by the participants and the semester closing tasks and planned budget amendments were also discussed.

Within the framework of the project, a bilateral Train-the-Trainers Workshop will be organized in the Austrian side with the active participation of Hungarian trainers in the end of October 2021.

Statusbericht – Projekt DigiUp 4.0

Die Leistungen der Projektperiode 01.04.2021 – 30.09.2021 und die Ergebnisse der vorherigen Projektperiode des Projektes „DigiUp 4.0 – Upskilling digitaler Kompetenzen von Jugendlichen um Fachkräftemangel der Industrie 4.0 entgegenzuwirken“ (Projektnummer: ATHU122), welches im Rahmen des INTERREG V-A Programms Österreich-Ungarn durchgeführt wird, wurden vom Selbstregierungsamt vom Komitat Vas am 24.09.2021, im Rahmen eines internen Online-Meetings evaluiert.

Die relevanten fachspezifischen Meilensteine gehören zum Arbeitspaket WPT2 (Digitales Trainingskonzept und Curriculumsentwicklung), aber einige Aktivitäten bezogen sich auch auf dem Arbeitspaket Kommunikation (WPC), bzw. auf den zwischenzeitlich gestarteten und im Herbst laufenden Arbeitspaketen (WPT3, T4 und T5).

Auf der Grundlage des abgeschlossenen zweisprachigen Forschungsberichts wurden im Arbeitspaket WPT2 zu folgende Themenbereiche Berufskonzepte in deutscher Sprache sowie kurze Berufsberatungsmaterialien und teilweise Entwürfe ihrer ungarischen Sprachversionen erstellt:

• Robotik,
• 3D-Druck und CNC,
• Kreative Metallindustrie,
• Elektronik-Themen.

Am 16. September 2021 diskutierten die Projektpartner die fertiggestellten Berufskonzepte, methodischen und pädagogischen Materialien sowie die Umsetzung der aktuellen Aufgaben des Arbeitspaketes Kommunikation und bereiteten den Start der neuen Aufgaben der Arbeitspakete WPT4 und WPT5 vor.

Die Sitzung des Lenkungsausschusses am 27. September 2021 fand ebenfalls in virtueller Form statt. Im Rahmen der Sitzung wurden die, in den einzelnen Arbeitspaketen in der dritten Periode fälligen Leistungen überprüft und die Abschlussaufgaben des Halbjahres, sowie die geplanten Budgetänderungen besprochen.

Im Rahmen des Projekts wird Ende Oktober 2021 ein bilaterales Train-the-Trainers Weiterbildung auf österreichischer Seite unter Beteiligung ungarischer Lehrer organisiert.
