Helyzetjelentés – DigiUp 4.0 projekt

A DigiUp 4.0 (Fiatalok digitális kompetenciáinak fejlesztésével az ipar 4.0 szakemberhiányának csökkentéséért) elnevezésű, ATHU122 azonosító számú, INTERREG V-A Ausztria-Magyarország Programban megvalósításra kerülő projekt során a Vas Megyei Önkormányzati Hivatal (VMÖH), mint projektpartner 2022. május 27-én egy online belső egyeztetés keretében értékelte az elmúlt időszak szakmai tevékenységeit, valamint a 2022. áprilisi és májusi rendezvények tapasztalatait, illetve felkészülés történt a júniusi projekt rendezvények szakmai programjaira.

A résztvevők a megbeszélésen áttekintették a soron következő időszakra tervezett projektrendezvényeket és szakmai feladatokat, a határidőket, valamint az időközben elkészült WPT2 szakmai anyagokat, illetve a következő időszak nagyobb szakmai mérföldköveit. Az egyeztetésen a VMÖH szakértője által bemutatásra kerültek a szakmai munkacsomagok aktualitásai és a tervezett tevékenységek:

• Az 1. szakmai munkacsomagban (WPT1) lefolytatásra került a fiatalok digitális kompetenciáinak felmérése Vas megyében a regionális workshopokhoz kapcsolódó események során. A felmérésbe (eddigi eredmények alapján), a Vas megyében bevont és pályaorientációs roadshow rendezvényen résztvevő diákok létszáma meghaladta a 70 főt.
• A 2. és 3. szakmai munkacsomagok keretében (WPT2 és WPT3) részben elkészültek a pályaorientációs és pilot modulok magyar verziói, ezek is áttekintésre kerültek a szakértő részvételével.
• A 4. szakmai munkacsomag (WPT4) keretében a digitális platform dokumentumtárába a kialakított struktúra szerint megkezdődött a különböző tematikájú szakmai anyagok feltöltése. Bemutatásra kerültek az Ipar 4.0 tudástárhoz kapcsolódóan az alábbi témakörök: az Ipar 4.0 jövőbeni szakmai, a duális/triális képzési, a pályaorientáció és munka világa, valamint az Ipar 4.0 példatár topicok.
• Az 5. szakmai munkacsomag (WPT5) keretében áttekintésre kerültek a PP2 által elkészítésre került szöveges leírások, amelyek kapcsán várhatóan egyeztetés szükséges a Vezető Partnerrel a következő szakmai találkozón a tervezett kimeneteket érintően.

Az egyeztetés végén a résztvevő felek pontosították a közös munkákra vonatkozó következő határidőket, a felelősöket, valamint áttekintették a soron következő szakmai feladatokat és a tervezett rendezvényeket.

Status Report – DigiUp 4.0 project

The representatives of the Government Office of Vas County as project partner in the project DigiUp 4.0 (Project title: By developing the digital competencies of young people to reduce the shortage of professionals in industry 4.0, identification number: ATHU122, funding program: INTERREG V-A Austria-Hungary Program) evaluated the professional activities of the recent period and the experience of the events of April and May 2022 in an online internal consultation on 27 May 2022, and preparations were made for the professional programs of project events planned for June.

During the meeting, the participants reviewed the project events and professional tasks planned for the next period, the deadlines, the completed WPT2 professional materials and the major milestones for the next period. At the meeting, the experts of the VMÖH presented the topicalities of the professional work packages and the planned activities:

• In Professional Work Package 1 (WPT1), a survey of young people’s digital competencies was conducted in Vas County during events related to regional workshops. The number of students included in the survey in Vas County and participating in the road-show exceeded 70.
• In the framework of the 2nd and 3rd professional work packages (WPT2 and WPT3) the Hungarian versions of the career guidance and pilot modules were partially completed, these were also reviewed with the participation of the expert.
• In the framework of the 4th professional work package (WPT4), the uploading of professional materials on various topics can start in the document repository of the digital platform according to the established structure. Related to the Industry 4.0 Knowledge Base the future vocational training in Industry 4.0, dual / trial training, the world of career guidance and work, and the Industry 4.0 example library topics were presented.
• In the framework of the 5th professional work package (WPT5), the text descriptions prepared by PP2 have been reviewed, in connection with which it will be necessary to consult with the Lead Partner at the next professional meeting regarding the planned outcomes.

At the end of the consultation, the participants clarified the next deadlines for the joint work, the responsible persons, and reviewed the upcoming professional tasks and planned events.

Statusbericht – Projekt DigiUp 4.0

Im Rahmen des Projekts DigiUp 4.0 (Entwicklung der digitalen Kompetenzen junger Menschen, um den Fachkräftemangel in der Industrie 4.0 zu verringern, Identifikationsnummer ATHU122, gefördert durch das INTERREG V-A Österreich-Ungarn Programm) das Selbstregierungsamt des Komitats Vas (VMÖH) als Projektpartner bewertete am 27. Mai 2022 im Rahmen einer internen Konsultation die fachlichen Aktivitäten der letzten Zeit und die Erfahrungen der Veranstaltungen vom April und Mai 2022, und es begann mit den Vorbereitungen für die Fachprogramme der Projektveranstaltungen im Juni.

Während des Treffens besprachen die Teilnehmer die für die nächste Periode geplanten Projektereignisse und fachlichen Aufgaben, die Fristen, die zwischenzeitlich fertiggestellten WPT2 Fachmaterialien und die wichtigsten fachlichen Meilensteine ​​für die nächste Periode. In dem Treffen wurden die Aktualitäten der fachlichen Arbeitspakete und die geplanten Aktivitäten durch den VMÖH-Experten vorgestellt:

• Im Rahmen des fachlichen Arbeitspakets 1 (WPT1) wurde im Komitat Vas im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen im Zusammenhang mit regionalen Workshops eine Erhebung zu den digitalen Kompetenzen junger Menschen durchgeführt. Die Zahl der Studenten, die sich für die Umfrage im Komitat Vas eingeschrieben und an der Roadshow teilgenommen haben, hat 70 überschritten.
• Im Rahmen des 2. und 3. Facharbeitspakets (WPT2 und WPT3) wurden die ungarischen Versionen der Berufsberatungs- und Pilotmodule teilweise fertiggestellt, diese wurden auch unter Beteiligung des Experten überprüft.
• Im Rahmen des 4. Facharbeitspakets (WPT4) kann das Hochladen von Fachmaterialien zu verschiedenen Themen im Dokumentenrepositorium der digitalen Plattform gemäß der etablierten Struktur beginnen. Hier wurden die Themen rund um die Industrie 4.0 Wissensdatenbank, d.h. die Zukünftige fachliche, duale / triale Bildungswelt, die Welt von Karriereberatung und Beruf, und die Industrie 4.0 Beispielbibliothek vorgestellt.
• Im Rahmen des 5. Facharbeitspakets (WPT5) wurden die von PP2 erstellten Textbeschreibungen überprüft, in deren Zusammenhang eine Besprechung mit dem Hauptpartner beim nächsten Fachtreffen bezüglich der geplanten Ergebnisse erforderlich sein wird.

Am Ende der Sitzung klärten die Teilnehmer die nächsten Termine für die gemeinsame Arbeit, die verantwortlichen Personen und überprüften die anstehenden fachlichen Aufgaben und geplanten Veranstaltungen.
