Helyzetjelentés – DigiUp 4.0 projekt

A DigiUp 4.0 (Fiatalok digitális kompetenciáinak fejlesztésével az ipar 4.0 szakemberhiányának csökkentéséért) elnevezésű, ATHU122 azonosító számú, INTERREG V-A Ausztria-Magyarország Programban megvalósításra kerülő projekt során a Vas Megyei Önkormányzati Hivatal (VMÖH), mint projektpartner 2022. szeptember 22-én egy online belső egyeztetés keretében áttekintette a projektben eddig elvégzett szakmai feladatokat, elkészült szakmai anyagokat, illetve a hátralévő időszak teendőit. A résztvevők a megbeszélésen áttekintették a szakmai munkacsomagok céljait, tevékenységeit, rendezvényeit, az azokhoz kapcsolódó szakmai feladatokat, valamint az időközben elkészült szakmai teljesítéseket. Az egyeztetésen a VMÖH szakértője által bemutatásra kerültek a projekt szakmai munkacsomagjainak megvalósított tevékenységei:

– Az 1. szakmai munkacsomag a projekt célcsoportjának képzési igényeit és digitális kompetenciáit mérte fel a „Munka Világa” és az Ipar 4.0 területén. Ezenkívül készségfejlesztési igény felmérés is folyt az Ipar 4.0 területén aktív cégek között, mely alapján elkészült a cégek digitális kereslet-mátrixa. Ez részletes áttekintést adott az osztrák-magyar határmenti térség jövőbeni hiányszakmáit illetően. A pályaorientációs tevékenység kiértékeléséhez készült egy ún. „Serious Game” koncepció.

– A 2. szakmai munkacsomag keretében elkészült a digitális képzési koncepció- és tananyagfejlesztés, továbbá pályaorientációs anyagok fejlesztése is megvalósult a projekt által megcélzott szakmák, vagyis az elektronika/robotika, kreatív fémipar területén. Ehhez kapcsolódóan sor került a 3D nyomtatás és CNC technika továbbképzési tananyag összeállítására is.

– A 3. szakmai munkacsomag keretében megszervezésre került az oktatói képzés, a trénereknek és pilot modulok számára. Ehhez kapcsolódóan sor került a tanműhelyi berendezés csomagok beszerzésére, valamint továbbképzések szervezésére a 3D nyomtatás és CNC technológia területén.

– A 4. szakmai munkacsomag a Knowledge Hub (Határon átnyúló kompetencia-központokból álló hálózat kialakítása a határtérség fenntartható oktatásfejlesztéséért) címet viseli, ahol az együttműködési hálózat kialakítása és egy digitális platform létrehozása mellett a jó példák feltárása és elterjesztése is előtérbe kerül, valamint cél az Ipar 4.0 fogalmaival kapcsolatos know-how tudásbázis létrehozása és publikálása a közös digitális platformon. Ehhez kapcsolódóan tanácsadói ’pool’ is kialakításra került.

– Az 5. szakmai munkacsomag a távalkalmazás és virtuális valóság területén tesztelte az új kialakított szakmai modulokat, további workshopok kerültek megszervezésre, emellett pedig példaként vállalatok virtuális látogatásainak összegyűjtésére is sor került. Ebben a munkacsomagban alkalmazásra került a hatáselemzési koncepció és a hozzá kapcsolódó online eszköz.

A partnerek közötti online egyeztetés végén a résztvevő felek áttekintették a projekt zárásáig még hátralévő szakmai feladatokat és tervezett rendezvényeket.

Status Report – DigiUp 4.0 project

The representatives of the Vas County Government Office (VMÖH) as project partner in the project DigiUp 4.0 (Project title: By developing the digital competencies of young people to reduce the shortage of professionals in industry 4.0, identification number: ATHU122, funding program: INTERREG V-A Austria-Hungary Program) reviewed the currently professional tasks, the completed professional materials and the tasks of the remaining period on 22 September 2022, in an online internal consultation. At the meeting, the participants reviewed the goals, activities, and events of the professional work packages, the related professional tasks, and the professional accomplishments completed in the meantime. During the consultation, the VMÖH expert presented the implemented activities of the professional work packages of the project:

– The 1st professional work package assessed the training needs and digital competencies of the project’s target group in the field of „World of Work” and Industry 4.0, and a skills development needs survey was also conducted among companies active in the field of Industry 4.0, based on which the companies’ digital demand matrix was completed. This gave an overview of the future shortage of professions in the Austro-Hungarian border area, and a „Serious Game” concept was created to evaluate the career guidance activity.

– Within the framework of the 2nd professional work package, the digital training concept and curriculum development was completed, career guidance materials were developed in the targeted professions, electronics/robotics, creative metal industry. In connection with this, further training material on 3D printing and CNC technology was compiled.

– Within the framework of the 3rd professional work package, instructor training for trainers and pilot modules and workshops for the target group were implemented. In connection with this, the purchase of workshop equipment packages and the organization of further training in the field of 3D printing and CNC technology took place.

– The 4th professional work package was entitled Knowledge Hub (Establishment of a network of cross-border competence centers for the sustainable educational development of the border region), where, in addition to the establishment of a cooperation network and the creation of a digital platform, the discovery and dissemination of good examples was highlighted. The creation and publication of a know-how knowledge base related to the concepts of Industry 4.0 on the common digital platform was also a goal, in connection with which a consulting pool for career guidance will also be formed.

– The 5th professional work package tested the new modules in connection with the development of the remote application and Virtual Reality modules, organized additional workshops for their presentation, and in addition, as an example, virtual visits to companies and the collection of new professional content on the platform also took place. The impact analysis concept and online tool are also applied in this work package.

At the end of the online consultation, the participating parties reviewed the remaining professional tasks and the planned events until the end of the project.

Statusbericht – Projekt DigiUp 4.0

Im Zuge des Projektes DigiUp 4.0 (Upskilling digitaler Kompetenzen von Jugendlichen, um Fachkräftemangel der Industrie 4.0 entgegenzuwirken), das im Rahmen des INTERREG V-A Programms Österreich-Ungarn gefördert wird, hat das Selbstregierungsamt des Komitats Vas (VMÖH) als Projektpartner am 22. September 2022 in einer internen Online-Abstimmung die bisher im Projekt durchgeführten fachlichen Aufgaben, die erstellten technischen Materialien und die Aufgaben für die verbleibende Zeit überprüft. Während des Treffens besprachen die Teilnehmer die Ziele, Aktivitäten, Veranstaltungen und damit verbundenen fachlichen Aufgaben der fachlichen Arbeitspakete sowie die in der Zwischenzeit erbrachten fachlichen Leistungen. Während des Treffens hielt ein Experte des VMÖH einen Vortrag über die Aktivitäten, die im Rahmen der Arbeitsgruppen des Projekts durchgeführt wurden:

– Im Rahmen von Arbeitspaket 1 wurden der Ausbildungsbedarf und die digitalen Kompetenzen der Zielgruppe des Projekts im Bereich „Arbeitswelt” und Industrie 4.0 ermittelt, sowie eine Umfrage zum Qualifikationsentwicklungsbedarf bei in der Industrie 4.0 tätigen Unternehmen durchgeführt, auf deren Grundlage eine digitale Anforderungsmatrix der Unternehmen erstellt wurde. Damit wurde ein Überblick über zukünftige Fachkräftemangel in der österreichisch-ungarischen Grenzregion geschaffen und ein „Serious Game”-Konzept zur Evaluierung der Berufsorientierungsaktivitäten entwickelt.

– Im Rahmen des zweiten Arbeitspakets wurden ein digitales Ausbildungskonzept und ein Lehrplan entwickelt sowie Materialien zur Berufsorientierung in den Zielberufen Elektronik/Robotik und Kreativ Metall erstellt. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde auch ein Trainingsprogramm für 3D-Druck und CNC-Technologie entwickelt.

– Im Rahmen von Arbeitspaket 3 wurden die Trainerausbildung für Trainer/innen sowie Pilotmodule und Workshops für die Zielgruppe durchgeführt. Parallel dazu wurden Ausstattungspakete für die Werkstätten angeschafft und Schulungen in 3D-Druck und CNC-Technik organisiert.

– Das vierte technische Arbeitspaket trug den Titel Knowledge Hub (Aufbau eines Netzwerks grenzüberschreitender Kompetenzzentren für eine nachhaltige Bildungsentwicklung in der grenzüberschreitenden Region), wobei neben dem Aufbau eines Kooperationsnetzwerks und der Schaffung einer digitalen Plattform auch die Identifizierung und Verbreitung guter Beispiele, die Schaffung und Veröffentlichung einer Know-how-Wissensbasis zu INDUSTRIE 4.0-Konzepten auf der gemeinsamen digitalen Plattform angestrebt, sowie ein Beratungspool für die Berufsorientierung entwickelt wurde.

– Das Arbeitspaket 5 testete die neuen Module im Rahmen der Entwicklung der Module Distance Application und Virtuelle Realität, organisierte weitere Workshops zu deren Einführung und sammelte Beispiele für virtuelle Unternehmensbesuche und neue berufliche Inhalte auf der Plattform. Das Konzept der Wirkungsanalyse und das Online-Tool werden auch in diesem Arbeitspaket verwendet.

Am Ende des online Treffens besprachen die Teilnehmer/innen die verbleibenden fachlichen Aufgaben und die geplanten Veranstaltungen bis zum Ende des Projekts.
