Helyzetjelentés – DigiUp 4.0 projekt

A DigiUp 4.0 (Fiatalok digitális kompetenciáinak fejlesztésével az ipar 4.0 szakemberhiányának csökkentéséért) elnevezésű, ATHU122 azonosító számú, INTERREG V-A Ausztria-Magyarország Programban megvalósításra kerülő projekt során a Vas Megyei Önkormányzati Hivatal (VMÖH), mint projektpartner 2021. december 7-én egy online belső egyeztetés keretében értékelte az elmúlt hónapok szakmai tevékenységeit és a 2021. november 25-26-ai projekt partneri találkozó tapasztalatait.

A résztvevők a megbeszélésen áttekintették a soron következő időszak szakmai feladatait, a határidőket, valamint az időközben elkészült szakmai anyagokat, illetve a következő időszak nagyobb szakmai mérföldköveit.

Áttekintésre került a projektmódosítás és átcsoportosítás kérdésköre, valamint az is, hogyan vonhatók be a diákok a tervezett felmérésekbe. Szóba kerültek a 2022 tavaszára tervezett pályaorientációs események megszervezésével kapcsolatos kérdések, illetve a releváns promóciós anyagok és videók készítésére vonatkozó határidők.

A szakmai munkacsomagok keretében elkészültek a WPT2 (Digitális képzési koncepció és tananyagfejlesztés) és WPT3 (Oktatói képzés és pilot modulok) munkacsomag aktuális eredménytermékei, többek között a Digitális képzési koncepció és a szakmákhoz kapcsolódó tananyagfejlesztések, valamint a ToT (Train of the Trainers) képzés anyaga. Emellett lebonyolításra került a határon árnyúló tréner (ToT) képzés is, amely egy 2 napos határon átnyúló rendezvény volt 2021 októberében, Burgenlandban, magyar és osztrák résztvevőkkel.

A projektpartnerek online szakmai fórum és partnertalálkozó keretében 2021. november 25-26-án megvitatták az elkészült pályaorientációs koncepciókat, a szakmai módszertani és oktatási anyagokat, valamint a kommunikációs munkacsomag aktuális feladatait, illetve felkészültek a WPT4 (Határon átnyúló kompetencia-központokból álló hálózat kialakítása a határtérség fenntartható oktatásfejlesztéséért című) és WPT5 (Távalkalmazás és Virtuális Valóság) munkacsomag új feladatainak indítására is.

Végül, de nem utolsósorban véleményezésre került a fiatalok digitális kompetenciáinak felméréséhez kapcsolódó kérdőív, valamint a Lead Partner által kifejlesztésre kerülő online értékelési eszköz koncepciója is.

Status Report – DigiUp 4.0 project

The representatives of Local Government Office of Vas County as project partner in the project DigiUp 4.0 (Project title: By developing the digital competencies of young people to reduce the shortage of professionals in industry 4.0, identification number: ATHU122, funding program: INTERREG V-A Austria-Hungary Program) evaluated the project progress of recent months and the experiences of the last project partner meeting hold on the 25-26th of November  in an online internal consultation on the 7th of December 2021.

During the meeting, the participants reviewed the professional tasks of the next period, the deadlines and as well as the professional materials completed in the meantime and the major professional milestones for the next period.

The issue of project modification and reallocation, as well as how students can be included in the planned surveys, was discussed. Open questions related to the organization of career guidance events planned for spring 2022 and deadlines for the production of relevant promotional materials and videos were answered.

In the framework of professional work packages, the WPT2 (Digital Training Concept and Curriculum Development Work Package) and WPT3 (Teacher’s Training and Pilot Modules Work Package) current outputs including the ToT (Train of the Trainers) training and the Digital Training Concept and The development of curriculum related to professions have been completed. In addition, the Cross-Border Trainer (ToT) training was held, which was a 2-day cross-border event in October 2021 in Burgenland with Hungarian and Austrian participants.

In the framework of the online professional forum and partner meeting took place on the 25th and 26th of Nevember, the project partners discussed the completed career guidance concepts, the professional methodology and educational materials, as well as the current tasks of the communication work package. In addition the participants prepared for the WPT4 (Establishing network of the cross-border competence centers for the sustainable development of education in the border region) and WPT5 (Distance Learning and Virtual Reality Work Package).

Last but not least, the questionnaire related to the assessment of young people’s digital competencies and the concept of an online assessment tool to be developed by the Lead Partner was also commented on.

Statusbericht – Projekt DigiUp 4.0

Im Rahmen des, im INTERREG V-A Österreich-Ungarn Programm umgesetzten Projektes, ATHU122 ´DigiUp 4.0´ (Upskilling digitaler Kompetenzen von Jugendlichen um Fachkräftemangel der Industrie 4.0 entgegenzuwirken) wurden die Ereignisse von beruflichen Aktivitäten der letzten Monate, bzw. die Erfahrungen des Projektpartnertreffens (organisiert am 25-26. November 2021) durch das Selbstregierungsamt des Komitates Vas am 7. Dezember 2021 evaluiert.

Während des Treffens wurden die beruflichen Aufgaben und Fristen der nächsten Periode, die bis jetzt fertiggestellten fachlichen Materialien und die wichtigsten beruflichen Meilensteine der nächsten Periode von den Teilnehmer*innen durchgegangen.

Weiters, wurden Fragen zur Projektänderung und Budgetumschichtung besprochen sowie die Einbindung der Lernenden in die geplanten Befragungen. Abgestimmt wurden Fragen der Organisation der für das Frühjahr 2022 geplanten Berufsorientierungsworkshops und Fristen für die Produktion entsprechender Werbematerialien und Videos.

Die aktuellen Arbeitsergebnisse von APT2 (Arbeitspaket ´Entwicklung von Ausbildungskonzepten und Schulungsmaterial mit digitalem Kontext´) und APT3 (Arbeitspaket ´Trainerausbildung und Pilotmodule´) wurden im Rahmen der thematischen Arbeitspakete, einschließlich des digitalen Ausbildungskonzepts und der Entwicklung von beruflichen Curricula und ToT (Train of the Trainers) Schulungsmaterial fertiggestellt. Außerdem fand die Trainer (ToT)-Ausbildung statt, im Oktober 2021, im Rahmen von einer 2-tägigen grenzüberschreitenden Veranstaltung im Burgenland mit ungarischen und österreichischen Teilnehmer*innen.

Am 25-26. November 2021, die Projektpartner diskutierten im Rahmen vom ´Online-Fachforum und Partnertreffen´ die fertiggestellten Berufsorientierungskonzepten, die methodisch-didaktischen Unterrichtsmaterialien, bzw. die aktuellen Aufgaben des Arbeitspaketes Kommunikation, außerdem bereiteten sich auf die Koordinierung von Aufgaben für die Arbeitspakete APT4 Knowledge Hub (Einrichtung eines Netzwerks von grenzübergreifenden Kompetenzzentren für die nachhaltige Entwicklung der Grenzregion im Bereich Bildung) und APT5 (Arbeitspaket ´Distance Application und Virtual Reality´) vor.

Zu guter Letzt, wurden auch der Fragebogen zur Erfassung der digitalen Kompetenzen junger Menschen und das Konzept vom Lead Partner entwickelten Online-Assessment-Tools evaluiert.
